Foundation Partnership

Turn Good Ideas Into

Lasting School Improvement.

The Foundation Partnership gives school leaders a year of practical support to strengthen what’s working, solve what isn’t, and build systems that last.

No disconnected PD. No one-size-fits-all program. We start by understanding your school, then work alongside your leadership team throughout the year.

THE CHALLENGE

Your school probably doesn't need more ideas.

It needs the time, structure, and support to make the right ideas work.

School leaders are already juggling professional development, behavior initiatives, student support systems, staff needs, instructional priorities, and district goals.

The challenge isn’t knowing that things could be better.

It’s creating consistency across classrooms – and sustaining improvement once the PD day is over.

THE FOUNDATIONAL PARTNERSHIP

One School Year. One Cohesive Improvement Partnership.

The Foundation Partnership is our year-long school improvement partnership for schools that want meaningful change without adding another program to everyone’s plate.

We begin by understanding your school’s strengths, needs, priorities, and existing systems. Together, we identify a focused path forward. Then we stay with you throughout the year—providing professional learning, leadership coaching, practical resources, and implementation support to help turn priorities into everyday practice.

WHAT PARTNERSHIP LOOKS LIKE

A Collaborative, Year-Long Process.

1. Understand Your School

We begin with a School Culture Assessment to see your school in action, listen to educators and leaders, and identify strengths and opportunities.

2. Build Your Plan

We turn what we learn into clear priorities and practical recommendations—not a generic improvement plan.

3. Put the Plan Into Practice

Professional learning, implementation days, faculty resources, and leadership support help move the work into classrooms.

4. Support Your Leaders

Regular strategy conversations help leaders problem-solve, adjust, and keep the work manageable.

5. Measure, Refine & Sustain

We look at what's changing, refine the approach, and strengthen your team's ability to continue the work.

WHY PSS

We're Not Coming In With Another Program.

We create the conditions for schools to build their own solutions.

We listen before we recommend.
Your school isn’t like every other school. We start with your people, priorities, strengths, and challenges.

We build on what you’re already doing.
Instead of replacing good work, we help connect and strengthen it.

We stay for implementation.
Professional learning matters only when it changes everyday practice. We help bridge the gap between learning something and actually doing it consistently.

We build your capacity – not your dependence.
The goal is for your leaders and educators to have the systems, skills, and confidence to sustain the work.

YOUR PRIORITIES DRIVE THE PARTNERSHIP
