Instructional Coaching

Personalized support for educators to enhance teaching practices, implement effective strategies, and improve student learning outcomes.

“High-quality instructional coaching showed gains equivalent to teacher experience learned over five to 10 years. There was also evidence of a value-added effect on student achievement from teachers who had a high-quality instructional coach.”

-Kraft, Blazar, Hogan. (2018) The Effect of Teacher Coaching

How does instructional coaching work?

  • Supports individuals find the right mix of passion, purpose, and performance.

  • Individuals are observed for 20-30 mins each & participate in a one-on-one reflection conversation.

  • Goals are established through identification of strengths and future aspirations.

  • Feedback on progress towards goals is discussed with each observed individual.

  • Administration is provided general updates, maintaining the confidentiality of the relationship.
